The Equity Structuring team within Private Wealth Management is seeking a strategic cross-asset trader/structurer. This role will involve structuring, pricing, executing and advising on customized securitized derivatives investments on behalf of clients. You will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and client service are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure and execute complex securitized cross-asset derivatives transactions on behalf of PWM clients.
  • Work closely with clients and Private Wealth Advisors to brainstorm, price and present strategic investment ideas.
  • Manage external dealer relationships to enhance the value-add of the cross-asset platform.
  • Take ownership of the trade lifecycle, including pre- and post-trade processes and analyses.
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in global financial markets. Prior derivatives experience preferred but not essential.
  • 1-3 years' experience in structured products, derivatives sales, structuring or trading.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan and paid time off.
