Job Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
  • Unload food and equipment deliveries and ensure they are stored in the right areas.
  • Ensure work surfaces, floors, and walls are clean and sanitized.
  • Assist chefs with food preparation, such as peeling and washing.
  • Keep freezers, fridges, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
