About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team at Master of Malt. As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing stock movements, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage solutions.
  • Assisting in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Picking and packing orders to meet specified targets, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reporting any non-conformities to the line manager, including product integrity, health and safety, quality, and compliance issues.
  • Collaborating with the warehouse leadership team and other departments to deliver against project deadlines.

We offer on-the-job training, so a 'can-do' attitude and excellent manual dexterity, mathematical ability, prioritization, and IT skills are essential. You'll be the go-to person for support in all aspects of warehouse operations, requiring impeccable interpersonal skills and a good level of written and spoken communication.
