Job Summary

Franco Manca, a leading Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant, is seeking a skilled Pizza Team Leader to lead our pizzeria team in Lincoln. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of chefs and work with a fire oven to produce high-quality pizzas.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
