Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Department Manager to lead our Motoring Centre in Kirkintilloch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business performance, delivering excellent customer experience, and managing daily sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage daily operations, including sales, customer service, and stock management
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven management experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet compliance standards across Health and Safety
