Project Engineer - Multi-Mission Excellence

Ultra Maritime is a leading provider of multi-mission solutions for naval forces worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge naval systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in systems integration. They will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, working with suppliers to select components, and resolving issues. The Project Engineer will also be involved in the production of documentation, including management plans, technical reports, and ILS documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems for naval applications
  • Work with suppliers to select components and resolve issues
  • Produce documentation, including management plans and technical reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Strong background in electrical engineering and systems integration
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and tasks

Relocation Support:

We offer financial support to candidates who are considering relocating to join our team. This is considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to HMRC guidelines.

Nationality Requirements:

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
