About the Role

Hinge is seeking an experienced EU Creator Marketing Associate to join our marketing team, reporting into the European Creator Marketing Manager. In this role, you will help support and scale a global, growing creator program.

We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented thinker at the cutting edge of digital innovation, with experience in global creator/influencer marketing. You'll do all of this with the goal of helping people go on great dates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support a growing creator marketing program by overseeing always-on creator campaigns, including agency communications, brief creation and presentation, campaign management, multi-market strategy alignment, quality assurance and measurement/reporting.
  2. Optimize creator campaigns for growth marketing objectives in EU territories by managing consistent content/usage rights pipelines and scaling post-production processes, in collaboration with the growth marketing team.
  3. Champion innovation by forming creative testing frameworks in collaboration with brand strategy and growth marketing partners.
  4. Leverage data-driven insights to form leading-edge social strategies that expand creator programs into non-traditional channels and platforms.
  5. Act as a thought leader within the marketing team on all things creator marketing by keeping up to date with industry trends in the EU and presenting findings to the team.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years in global creator marketing (or creator marketing across multiple EU markets). Experience in growth marketing and/or global brand strategy are a plus.
  2. You have a proven track record of managing creator marketing campaigns and/or partnerships that bring brands into new, culturally relevant spaces.
  3. You're highly collaborative at the core, but you thrive working autonomously across multiple projects at a time, all while keeping track of the details in each.
  4. Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Spanish, French, German and/or Italian are preferred; any other language is a plus.
