Job Description

Job Title: Customer Access Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Access Officer to join our team at St Leger Homes. As a Customer Access Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Carry out a range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Use IT systems, including Word and Excel, to manage customer information and perform administrative tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure customers receive the best possible experience
  • Support the team in achieving business objectives and delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using IT systems, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends

Working Hours:

We are recruiting for 2 Full Time positions and 2 Part Time positions. The hours for the part time positions are as follows:

  • Part Time Position 1 (25.5 hours per week): Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday full day and Friday PM
  • Part Time Position 2 (28 hours per week): Monday – 08:30am – 2:30pm, Tuesday – 09:00am – 10:30am and 11:30am – 3:30pm, Wednesday – 11:30am – 3:30pm, Thursday – 08:30am – 2:30pm, Friday – 11:00am – 5:00pm
