We are currently seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to support our leadership in Scotland and England, ensuring the company meets its regulatory, licence and legal obligations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and publications, assessing their implications for the business and communicating these impacts internally.
- Track regulatory consultations and information requests, coordinating consultation responses with input from relevant contributors.
- Support the business' change management process for code and regulatory changes.
- Monitor industry news and provide regular summary updates to the business.
- Prepare articles for publication in the industry news.
Requirements
- Existing knowledge of water industry regulation and experience of working in a regulated industry.
- Ability to travel from time to time for industry engagement activities.
