Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of pride, honesty, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere, where every customer feels valued and appreciated.

  • Financial Management: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team with a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding the restaurant's core values.
