Commercial Finance Partner

At Tate, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial aspects of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project management teams from tender through to completion and provide insights to manufacturing teams on BOM and direct costs.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to enhance commercial awareness and review recovery rates and departmental charging mechanisms.
  • Assist in developing business performance data and analysis for Directors and Managers, and develop customer profitability analysis.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to increase margins and provide clear, accurate management information on commercial performance.
  • Develop cashflow modelling for projects and key business activities, and assist in sales pipeline reporting.
  • Work alongside FPAM and CFO to improve the quality of analysis in monthly reporting and forecast preparation.

Requirements:
  • Dynamic and detail-oriented accountant with a strong understanding of commercial finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
