Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our catering department at Fitzwilliam Hospital. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and service to our patients, staff, consultants, and visitors. You will work on a flexible shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional culinary experiences.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Food preparation and cooking according to health and safety regulations
  2. Service to patients, staff, consultants, and visitors
  3. Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  4. Working collaboratively with the catering team to ensure seamless service

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a good understanding of current health and hygiene regulations. You should also possess a minimum of level 2 Basic Food Hygiene certification. Other essential skills include a flexible and positive attitude, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
