We are seeking a skilled Chargehand to join our team at James Lewis Recruitment, specializing in PSV maintenance and repair procedures. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in PSV or HGV maintenance and repair procedures or equivalent, as well as IRTEC certification and a valid UK driving license.

As a Chargehand, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of PSV vehicles. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals. You will also have a strong understanding of PSV maintenance and repair procedures, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
