About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Windows Installer to join our Repairs team in the vibrant Tees Valley area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to maintaining high standards for our customers.
Job Description
- Support our repairs and maintenance department, ensuring our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.
- Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.
- Contribute to our 'TradePlus' scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in window fitting, window repairs, UPVC door renewals, DGU renewals.
- Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
- A valid UK driving license.
- A commitment to safe working practices and good grasp of health and safety regulations.

- An annual salary of £32,528, which includes attractive benefits such as pension contributions, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
- Annual leave starting at 28 days and rising to 31 days after three years, plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday.
