Position Overview:
As a Garment Technologist at In Technology Group Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality garments. This includes conducting thorough pattern cutting, sewing, and finishing techniques, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new designs and production processes, and utilizing industry-specific software and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in garment production, strong knowledge of fabric properties and textiles, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively within a team environment and meet production deadlines.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement new designs and production processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct thorough pattern cutting, sewing, and finishing techniques to ensure high-quality garments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Garment Technologist
- Strong knowledge of fabric properties and textiles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet production deadlines
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
