Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Coordinator to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a Key Accounts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts, effectively maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Deal with incoming queries from key customers, providing advice and solutions to meet their needs.
- Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers, developing business opportunities and increasing revenue.
- Work closely with and support the external sales team, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless communication.
- Administer sales orders and quotations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
- Regularly use our internal CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Liaise closely with internal departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Experience in a similarly fast-paced, customer-focused role, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Strong administration skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Commercial awareness and a target-driven approach, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer needs.
