The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UK employment tax, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and building strong relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive salary package of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment taxes matters, including P11D, PSA, termination payments, IR35, and PAYE/NIC risk reviews.
  • Manage and deliver employment tax projects and assignments, ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering specialist technical assignments.
  • Supervise and support junior colleagues, providing training and appraisal feedback where necessary.
  • Participate in internal and external presentations, showcasing expertise and promoting RSM's services.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in UK employment tax, with a focus on advisory and compliance services.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • ATT and CTA qualifications or equivalent, with a strong understanding of employment tax laws and regulations.
