We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health at St Bartholomew's Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in our inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients in our inpatient setting, including orthopedics and critical care.
- Lead and supervise junior physiotherapists, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance to deliver excellent patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy pathways and services, ensuring they are aligned with the hospital's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Proven post-qualification clinical experience in inpatient settings, with a strong focus on orthopedics and critical care.
- Significant post-qualification experience in physiotherapy delivery and working as a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
