Job Title: Business Transformation Analyst

World Wide Technology (WWT) is a global technology integrator and IT solutions provider. We collaborate with OEMs like Cisco and Dell EMC to offer infrastructure security and custom app development services to Fortune 500 companies in various sectors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support our connectivity support for transformation, test and resilience book of work planning and delivery. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and network security specialists, to elicit, document, and manage business requirements for network security-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in-year planning, requirements capture and definition as well as future year business case development.
  • Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide recommendations for decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including security requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of network security solutions.
  • Work with IT teams to provide training materials, guidelines, and support to business users related to network security systems and protocols.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role preferably in IT, security or network/infrastructure, data centre or cloud.
  • Experience working on security projects related to testing, infrastructure, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access control solutions would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence as well as Microsoft Office is ideal.
  • Experience working in supporting programme or project outcomes, within Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments, with an understanding of project management principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Financial services, banking and previous HSBC experience is preferable.
