Job Opportunity

Commercial Litigation Partner

William James Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join their highly regarded team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and growing the existing work stream, nurturing team members, and assisting the Head of Department in achieving departmental goals.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer with a strong network of connections across Yorkshire. This can be either a Senior Associate/Legal Director looking to make the step up to Partner or an existing Partner looking for a career change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the existing work stream
  • Nurture team members and assist in their development
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to achieve departmental goals
  • Build and maintain a strong network of connections across Yorkshire

Requirements

  • Commercial Litigation Lawyer with at least 6 years post qualification experience from a regional/national firm
  • A client following would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent connections and relationships
  • Effective networking ability
  • Commercial awareness of client and firm requirements
  • Self-motivation and resourcefulness
