Product Governance Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Advisor to join our Governance team. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to the business and stakeholders on product controls and processes needed to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular formal product governance reporting, including commentary and recommendations.
  • Build, maintain, and manage a schedule of activities to ensure resources are in place to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the business to make recommendations for change or provide additional information to support the delivery of product governance.
  • Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive plan/tracker to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
  • Triage partner enquiries related to regulatory and governance matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and enhance our offerings by considering regulatory and best practice requirements.
  • Support the Head of Product Governance with a formal annual review of assessment of the Product Review template and its contents aligned to regulations.
  • Provide a regular reporting dashboard to provide detailed analysis of customer outcomes.
  • Support Product Governance in identifying and managing operational, technical, reputational, and regulatory risks.
Requirements:
  • Thorough understanding of Product Governance requirements and delivery of key processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in analysing data to aid informed decision-making.
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks to ensure product governance is aligned.
