Job Title: Senior Controls Engineer

We are partnering with a premier client in Westerleigh to find an exceptional Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer. As an integral member of the Engineering Team, you will ensure the best performance and dependability of Manufacturing equipment, contributing to both safety and efficiency across all site assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform both planned and unplanned Maintenance activities to high standards, ensuring safety at all times.
Maintain all site assets to meet stringent site requirements and ensure their continuous availability.
Provide comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical support for all assets and projects, validated by the site Engineering Management team.
Ensure optimum performance of manufacturing plants and equipment at the best value cost and effective use of resources.

Requirements:

An Engineer with hands-on experience, ideally within the Food Manufacturing sector, supported by qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical fields (BTEC or similar).
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving a variety of equipment issues, with a broad knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical and Electrical.
A staunch advocate for safety, experienced in risk assessment and managing safe working practices, particularly with high-hazard equipment.
