Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our team on a large industrial project in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring high-quality project delivery, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the site team in the installation of roofing, cladding, and internal works on a large steel framed industrial and logistics project.
  2. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  3. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays swiftly.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Site Management within the construction and engineering sectors, ideally on industrial or logistics projects.
  2. CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are desirable.
