As a Transportation Professional with the Arnold Clark Group, you will be responsible for ensuring all our vehicles are presented in the best possible condition.
This role involves working in an active, physical environment and requires excellent attention to detail. You will be part of a fantastic team that values teamwork and self-motivation.
A typical day in this position would involve cleaning sold and stock vehicles to a high standard, as well as using a polishing/buffing machine to enhance bodywork. You will also be required to comply with health and safety procedures while working with chemicals.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, be self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team, and have the ability to multi-task. Valet experience is preferred but training can be provided for a candidate who demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and the other required criteria.
With a salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company like Arnold Clark Group. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 33 days' annual leave, flexible leave, generous employee discounts, private healthcare, and workplace pension.
We estimate that this role would suit someone living in or around Edinburgh, Scotland, due to the location of the Sighthill branch. However, we welcome applications from individuals willing to relocate to the area.
