About the Role:

As a Graduate Social Worker, you will join a cohort of other trainees, undertaking an intensive 4-week induction period of high-quality training. You will then join one of our district teams to complete your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE). Throughout the ASYE, you will be fully supported with regular supervision, a dedicated Practice Educator, and a comprehensive programme of learning and development.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to meet the travel requirements of the role, including a full driving licence and access to a car (reasonable adjustments will be considered for declared disabilities)
  • Provisional licence holders are welcome to apply, with a conditional place offered pending the passing of the driving test

This role is subject to a Criminal Records Check, and references will be requested prior to interview.
