Veterinary Surgeon Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our client's team in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment, with a strong emphasis on high-quality patient care and a personal touch.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a balanced mix of consulting and surgical duties, with no set targets and complete clinical freedom. The practice offers a 1:6 on-call rota, with experienced vets available for support, ensuring a manageable work-life balance. The team is further strengthened by an amazing group of RVNs and support staff who work alongside the vets.
What We Offer- Competitive Salary up to £59k
- 5% employer pension contribution
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- CPD allowance, VDS, and BSAVA membership paid
- Accommodation available locally if needed
