We are seeking a highly skilled Fitness Coach to join our team at Elite Venue Selection in Newcastle, UK. As a key member of our leisure club team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a fitness instructor and possess excellent communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct gym inductions for our members and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and guests
  • Conduct gym inductions for new members
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the leisure club
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience as a fitness instructor
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
