Real Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Global Regulatory Strategist to join our team in the Medical Device manufacturing industry. This exciting role will involve developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure EU, US, and UK device certifications and market clearance.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Life Science, Engineering, Compliance, etc. and excellent communication and project management skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits including hybrid or remote working options.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to attain and maintain EU, US, and UK device certifications and market clearance.
  • Provide regulatory assessment of changes to devices, processes, supply chain, and regulations.
  • Monitor changes in EU and UK medical device regulations and share or provide training to global teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Compliance, etc.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
