We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Stratford-Upon-Avon. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000, company vehicle, and overtime opportunities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and servicing JCB and other agricultural machinery to manufacturer specifications, ensuring machine reliability and safety.
  • Reporting machine defects and upselling services, showcasing your keen eye for detail.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, and other faults.
  • Operating diagnostic software via laptop computer (training provided).
  • Completing detailed reports with photographs and worked times.
  • Understanding GPS, Telematics, and machine controllers.
  • Evaluating demonstration machines to ensure they are complete and undamaged.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in agricultural equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Familiarity with JCB Agriculture equipment and other manufacturers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
