Process Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Automation Engineer to join our team at Quarsh. As a key member of our Production Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance team in resolving technical issues
  • Design and develop new test equipment to improve efficiency
  • Implement lean improvements through automation to enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with the Design team to productionize new products, ensuring smooth handovers
  • Integrate new machines into our systems, ensuring seamless operation

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages, such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Rockwell Automation
  • Strong understanding of ladder logic, control flow, and PLC hardware architecture
  • Experience with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software and SCADA systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
