Job Overview
Staffordshire Police is seeking a skilled Senior Prosecution Caseworker to oversee the varied workload in the Prosecution Hubs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for allocating work to staff, managing casefiles according to the National File Standard and Directors Guidance (DG6), and providing professional support to victims and witnesses throughout the Criminal Justice process.

About the Opportunity
This exciting role requires you to work effectively with colleagues to manage a team of caseworkers and administrators. You will carry your own caseload, focusing on complex and sensitive cases, and contribute to fostering positive working relationships with partner agencies. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to develop their skills through training and development programs.

Salary
