Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our partners, including preparing correspondence and documents.
  • Manage filing systems, including daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Undertake specific training when required and take responsibility for self-development.
  • Undertake online form-filling requirements.

Requirements:

  • Substantial previous legal secretarial experience, including at least 2 years' experience in the specialist area.
  • Advanced IT skills in relevant packages and excellent speed typing skills.
  • Commitment to the firm and genuine interest in legal work.
  • Knowledge of law/legal practice.
