Senior Space Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Space Systems Engineer to lead our team in the development of innovative space-based solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for guiding the technical architecture, optimizing design for cost and performance, and ensuring successful system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Oversee technical planning, system design, and architecture for space systems.
  • Manage system requirements, trade studies, and technical budgets.
  • Conduct simulations, develop test methods, and support spacecraft operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in space systems engineering, with expertise in propulsion, guidance, navigation, and control systems.
  • Proficient in tools like STK, MATLAB, or Simulink.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in full product lifecycle development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
