Technical Director Job at NaturalMotion

We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead our mobile game development team at NaturalMotion in London, UK. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for driving the definition of technical architecture for our mobile games and coordinating with our server technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming, experience with mobile game development, and excellent problem-solving skills. They should be able to communicate effectively with team members, provide guidance and support, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

Compensation Package: £130,000 - £160,000 per annum

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  1. Drive the definition of technical architecture for mobile games and coordination with server technology.
  2. Develop and release multiple games with Unreal Engine as a technical director or architect.
  3. Contribute to server technology architecting over time.
  4. Collaborate with product managers and producers on feature set complexity, planning releases, and delivering code solutions on schedule.
  5. Work with Art, UX, and UI disciplines to improve tools and processes.
