Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor/ Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Addition+. As a leading provider of high-quality building surveying services, we are seeking a skilled professional to manage a team, oversee contracts, conduct feasibility studies, perform condition surveys, and handle dilapidations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of building surveyors and oversee contracts to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform condition surveys to assess the condition of buildings and identify areas for repair or replacement.
  • Handle dilapidations, including negotiations with landlords and tenants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve building surveying services and increase client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • MRICS certified
  • Experience in Building Surveying and Contract Management
  • Expertise in conducting Feasibility Studies
  • Experience with Dilapidations
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Surveying or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
