Support Worker Opportunity with HF Trust
HF Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in St. Teath, Cornwall. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living support to individuals, enabling them to maintain their independence and make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, tailored to the needs and goals of each individual.
- Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
- Collaborate with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of service users.

- A competitive salary, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024.
