Your Role: As an Activity Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that bring joy to our Residents. You'll work closely with the care home team to create a kind and caring environment, ensuring our Residents feel valued and respected.

Salary: Your estimated annual salary will be around £22,000 - £28,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes. You'll also require excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues.
