Job Description

At Viking, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Customer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing sales plan realization by retaining and growing profitable accounts and strengthening customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to generate additional sales and build strong relationships.
  • Proactively sell our products and services, and implement customer campaigns in coordination with the Marketing department to achieve sales goals.
  • Act as the primary contact person for medium-sized customers in the region, providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Analyze purchasing behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Share product inquiries and update customer data to ensure accurate information.
  • Create customized offers to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact and proactive issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a service or sales-oriented position is an advantage.
  • Minimum vocational level of working and thinking.
  • Relevant professional experience in telephone sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent native language skills of the relevant customer market, with English required for communication with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Strong customer focus, able to identify customer needs and improve sales through a commercial mindset.
  • Preferably completed commercial training.
  • Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Good MS Office skillset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
