Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to generate additional sales and build strong relationships.
- Proactively sell our products and services, and implement customer campaigns in coordination with the Marketing department to achieve sales goals.
- Act as the primary contact person for medium-sized customers in the region, providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Analyze purchasing behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Share product inquiries and update customer data to ensure accurate information.
- Create customized offers to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact and proactive issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a service or sales-oriented position is an advantage.
- Minimum vocational level of working and thinking.
- Relevant professional experience in telephone sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent native language skills of the relevant customer market, with English required for communication with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Strong customer focus, able to identify customer needs and improve sales through a commercial mindset.
- Preferably completed commercial training.
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Good MS Office skillset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
