Job Summary:

MW Appointments is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Account Broker, you will be responsible for servicing the insurance needs of our existing customers, providing quality customer care, and ensuring that documents are obtained and dispatched promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with insurers in relation to clients' policies
  • Discuss additional products, cover, and services that clients need and want
  • Ensure client files are up-to-date, tidy, and in keeping with company guidelines
  • Work within applicable delegated U/W authorities

Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively

What You Need to Know:

  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
  • Annual bonus and benefits package
  • Office location in Hitchin, Hertfordshire (with 3 days in office and 2 days from home)
