About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Policy and Compliance Manager to join our team at VIVID Housing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services align with consumer standards and social housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage regulatory adherence within our customer directorate
  • Drive continuous improvement and manage policy renewals
  • Maintain a comprehensive risk register and identify, assess, and mitigate risks
  • Support managers in negotiations and renewals of contracts related to our customer teams
  • Lead special projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong background in policy management, regulatory compliance, and contract management
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement within the team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with others and support teams across VIVID
  • DBS check required
