Salary: £23,893 rising by annual increments to £24,702 (pay award pending) - full time equivalent

£18,081 rising by annual increments to £18,693 - part time equivalent based on 28 hours per week

As a Water Supplies Administrative Assistant in our Assets Department, you will be responsible for assisting the team in scheduling Hydrant Inspections and sharing relevant schedules with our team of Fire Hydrant Technicians.

You will also be responsible for forwarding hydrant defects and schemes to the water companies in a timely manner and acting as a main point of contact for internal and external enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in scheduling Hydrant Inspections
  • Share relevant schedules with our team of Fire Hydrant Technicians
  • Forward hydrant defects and schemes to the water companies in a timely manner
  • Act as a main point of contact for internal and external enquiries

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
