About the Opportunity

As National Cyber Detection Team Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital protection strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other teams. With a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £65,000, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the evolution and development of the Protective Monitoring Service, focusing on continuous improvement of people, processes, and technology.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to represent and deliver the performance and value of the Cyber Detect Team through written reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with the team to create high-quality content, including playbooks and WINS, and contribute to custom tooling design and delivery.
• Provide thought leadership to shape the Protective Monitoring Service, with a focus on moving up the value chain in terms of experience, knowledge, and skills.

What You Need to Succeed
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in plain English.
• Familiarity with commonly deployed Cyber Security tools and products, with hands-on experience of IP networks and their key components.
• Ability to apply processes to incidents and investigations, with a genuine enthusiasm for working in Cyber Security.
