Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring the integrity and security of pharmaceuticals.
• Utilize computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.

Requirements:

• A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
• Strong teamwork capabilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
