About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities and Estates Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for carrying out facility fabric repairs and grounds maintenance across our estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, analyze, and repair faults and maintenance across all sites, respond to breakdown, fault, and service request calls, and assist other tradesmen in completing diagnostic work and carry out any remedial work.
  • Plan, schedule, and perform preventative and corrective maintenance across the estate.
  • Ensure the facility and environment remain safe and secure by reporting and completing Health and Safety improvements.
  • Build fabric maintenance through consistent repairs and maintenance of the building fabric, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance across the estate, including weeding, leaf clearance, trimming hedges, and litter picking.
  • Movement and installation of furniture when required for events, or site moves and changes.

  • Previous hands-on work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • Happy to be self-sufficient throughout the day.
  • Possession of a full and clean driving license.
