Compliance Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our client's premises are compliant with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fire safety program that meets the requirements of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments and reviews to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with schools staff to ensure compliance with non-fire statutory regulations across the maintained school portfolio.
  • Monitor and report on compliance progress, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in managing large-scale fire contracts or similar areas, such as construction or property.
  • Proven track record of successful delivery and management of complex compliance projects.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and laws, including The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
