We are seeking a skilled Functional Skills Tutor to join our team at Recruited UK, a leading training provider. As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will work with small groups of learners to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviours, while supporting them in achieving their long-term goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Functional Skills training in English and Maths to learners
  • Develop and implement effective learning plans to meet individual learner needs
  • Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering Functional Skills training in English and Maths
  • Strong knowledge of Functional Skills curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse learner groups
