We are seeking a skilled BEMS Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission, test, and hand over BEMS projects of varying sizes, ensuring efficient, effective, reliable, and safe operation, and compliance with specifications and design.
  • Develop and maintain accurate operation and maintenance manuals, commissioning schedules, handover, and witnessing documents.
  • Conduct factory acceptance testing and ensure seamless integration of systems.
Requirements

Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of BEMS, relevant industry experience, and the ability to read mechanical and electrical installation drawings, MCC schematic wiring diagrams, and technical documents.

Proficiency in Trend or equivalent systems, ability to write and commission controller software, and strong communication skills are essential.
