At Chelmsford College, we are seeking a dedicated Education Professional to join our team at Dovedale@Moulsham and Dovedale Out of School. As an essential member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our Breakfast and Afterschool Club.

Job Description

This is a part-time position, requiring up to 23 and a half hours per week, 38 weeks of the year. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess genuine enthusiasm for shaping their lives. Qualifications are preferred but not necessary, as we value individuals who are passionate about expanding learning outside the classroom.

  • You will work alongside our team to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
  • You will assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote social skills, self-awareness, and important life lessons.
  • You will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere that values diversity and promotes equality.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £15-18 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer flexibility in our scheduling, including job share and part-time hours. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, we encourage you to apply.
