Salary
The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
As a Safety, Health, and Environment Advisor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SHE policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Your tasks will include conducting regular SHE audits and inspections, leading incident investigations, providing SHE training, and collaborating with departments to integrate best practices into business operations.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar SHE role, hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate, and possess strong knowledge of SHE regulations and standards. You should also have appropriate IT skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have or be working towards Certified member of IOSH.
