About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our support function, you will provide end-to-end administrative support to our 4 Advisers, ensuring the smooth flow of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and sending letters of authority (LOAs) and letters of variation (LOVs)
  • Creating meeting packs and updating our internal CRM
  • Answering client queries and communicating with providers and other stakeholders
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks to support the business
  • Opportunity to develop paraplanning skills and work towards industry exams
